GlowRoad is a pioneering social commerce company that empowers customers to purchase products at wholesale prices and facilitates their resale through platforms like Facebook and WhatsApp. It also provides resellers with a suite of services, including logistics networks, e-commerce websites, and cash collection capabilities.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Projects:

- Develop analytical models to assess problems, propose solutions, and gauge their impact on the business.
- Analyze business problems, and available data, and determine which statistical techniques are best suited for solving them.
- Provide insights to management for strategic planning, root cause analysis, and recommendations.
Reporting:

- Take ownership of designing, developing, automating, and maintaining ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards that focus on key business drivers.
- Collaborate with operations and business teams to define, develop, and implement KPIs, automated reporting and process solutions, and enhancements to data infrastructure to support business goals.
- Enable effective decision-making by gathering and aggregating data from multiple sources and presenting it in a clear and actionable format.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews to the senior management team to report on progress and address any roadblocks.
Data Management:

- Contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of next-generation BI solutions.
- Manage AWS resources, including EC2, RDS, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, and more.
- Oversee data pipelines and warehouses, ensuring smooth data flow and accessibility.
- Collaborate with other technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Continuously improve reporting and analysis processes, with a focus on automation and simplification to enhance self-service support for customers.

We are open to hiring candidates to work from our Bangalore, KA, IND location.
Basic Qualifications:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis, or a related field.
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel at a moderate to advanced level.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions.
- Certifications in SQL, Python, R, and MS Excel will give you an additional advantage.
- Past Work Experience in other organizations should be showcased to the interviewer through the work you have done.
